During our last-minute stay at Alexander Apartments, we were warmly greeted by Kayley, who was very welcoming and showed us to our impeccably clean apartment. The location was perfect and the overall experience was impressive.

Despite the slight miscommunication about the balcony room, which wasn't provided, and some delays in getting the keys, I would still definitely recommend this hotel.

I truly enjoyed the room with spectacular views, 2 bedrooms, as for instance. The staff was helpful and lovely.

Satisfied with its fantastic price and marvellous and unbeatable location.

Best aspects of our weekend stay

The apartment was in a modern style and was clean upon arrival. We were pleased with the key location, as it allowed us easy access to the city center and its amenities. the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, which made it convenient for preparing meals during our stay.

There were some issues that dampened our experience. the lack of WiFi was a disappointment as we had hoped to stay connected during our visit.

Thanks for such great stay for 1 night and next to transport available close by, cinema and casino and the football stadium. Location is great, just 5 mins walk to a contemporary art gallery. In fact, the property is situated next to the Town centre.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money at Alexander Apartments. The room was comfortable and the staff, especially Chris, were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

It was SUCH GREAT stay for 1 night. Marvellous location just off transport available close by, the City centre and Wearmouth Bridge, St Peters Metro station and Sunderland, and the room was good sized. Having a bathtub was great. We could see river from the window.

I had a lovely experience at the apartment I stayed at. The views were spectacular, especially the river view and the sight of the Tall Ships. The apartment itself was modern and comfortable, with comfy beds. Chris, the person I dealt with, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
